A: We offer free worldwide shipping. No minimum order.
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide to UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, with only a few exceptions outside these areas. Please contact us if you are not sure if we ship to your country.
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: 5-10 working days within Europe, 10-20 working days outside of Europe. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed, orders with items out of stock will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.
Q: It’s been 4 weeks and my item still hasn’t arrived. Where is it?
A: Please get in contact with us and we will check the shipping status for you.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We are sure that you will love your new DON wear. However, if there are any problems with the product or sizing, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send you a new replacement or provide a refund. Each DON piece is made and shipped with care and a personalised touch, so unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. All sales are final and an order cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.
Q: Your item says out of stock. When will you restock?
A: If you want more DON merchandise, let it be known! Tell us via email, facebook, Instagram. The more demand the more we can continue making lit designs.
